This website is provided and maintained by UV Superstore, Inc. for information, education, reference, and communication purposes. All materials provided on this website are proprietary of UV Superstore, Inc. You may view and print material displayed on the site for non-commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the website for public or commercial purposes, including the text and images without UV Superstore, Inc.’s written permission.

Your access, use and browsing in the website are at your own risk. Neither UV Superstore, Inc. nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the website is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the website.

Minimum Order Policy

UV Superstore, Inc. has a $50 minimum for all orders placed.

All personal information provided on this website and/or to UV Superstore, Inc. directly will be held in strict confidence. Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, trade, or pass on any personal or business information provided by our customers. Personal information we require on this website is needed for securely processing any online requests and for contacting you about your requests. All personal information is used exclusively for that purpose.

For orders placed directly with a UV Superstore, Inc. representative, we make your name and address available to companies such as FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service or any other freight carrier we may use for purposes of shipping and tracking merchandise only. Under no circumstance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose.

Credit Card Policy

UV Superstore, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover. If you are placing an order directly with a UV Superstore representative, your credit card information will be used solely for the purpose of processing that payment. We do not share any credit card information with any other source outside of UV Superstore with the exception of our PCI compliant financial institution. This information is not stored and will be held in strict confidence.


Cancellation Policy

UV Superstore takes pride in shipping most in stock orders within the same business day of receiving the order. If you cancel the order prior to it being processed, we will gladly do so free of charge. However, if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. You may return the order in accordance with our Return Policy.


Shipping Policy

Because of the fragile nature of our products, UV Superstore has custom made double wall boxes to fit specific UV lamp and quartz sleeve products to ensure safe delivery. There is a $50 minimum for all orders placed. UV Superstore, Inc. ships in stock orders the same day it was received. Orders must be received by 3:00 pm EST to ensure same day shipping. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, U.S. Postal Service or any other approved freight carrier. Shipping rates are based on actual cost and depend upon weight and destination.

Shipping damages on UV lamps and quartz sleeves are not covered for breakage by FedEx. UV Superstore cannot be responsible for damages to lamps and sleeves caused by FedEx during shipping. However, we will ship FedEx at the customer’s request either prepaid or collect. For FedEx ground shipments a $5 per box service charge will apply. If you choose to ship FedEx you are assuming this liability.


Damaged Products Policy

It is extremely important and your responsibility to inspect your merchandise the day it is received. If products are delivered damaged, you should immediately notify the carrier. Contact UV Superstore, Inc. within 2 business days when there is evidence of shipping damage to avoid any problems with filling a claim, and/or for receiving a replacement. All damaged merchandise must be kept in its original packaging and set aside until the claim is resolved.

Replacements will be sent only if the damaged product(s) was reported within the time frame listed above.

UV Superstore, Inc. cannot be held liable or responsible for stolen products or damaged products after they have arrived at your location.


Returns/Exchange Policy

All returns must be unused, unopened and returned in its’ original packaging with all documentation. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. Prior authorization is required for all returns and freight must be prepaid. Please call your UV Superstore representative for authorization and to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. For your convenience, you may click here to download this request form.

Once your request has been accepted, you will be emailed an RGA number. This number needs to be marked on the outside of the returned box. Returned goods may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Depending on the circumstance a restocking fee may be waived; however you must contact your UV Superstore representative directly.

UV Superstore, Inc. will inspect all returned goods when received, and if considered to be in a resalable condition a credit will be issued on your account. Furthermore, special orders and custom orders are not returnable and a credit will not be issued.

UV Superstore, Inc. allows exchanges if you ordered an incorrect product. Freight charges for returning the product and for the shipment of the new product is the customers’ responsibility. UV Superstore’s shipping department is upheld by strict quality control procedures ensuring that your order was fulfilled accurately. However, if UV Superstore, Inc. sends an incorrect product, a replacement will be sent out immediately and all freight charges will be allowed.
